Enjoying Curug Nangga Waterfall

Two months ago, my friends and I discussed about our trip plan to spend our holiday. We decided to go to Curug Nangga waterfall. We heard from the people that It was a beautiful waterfall. It was located in Pekuncen, Ajibarang. The location was not too far from our house, so we went there.

In the morning, Syifa, Rival, and I prepared all things that we should bring to there such as clothes and toiletries. After that, we went by motorcycles. At that time we did not know the location exactly, so we confused and were almost astray. The up-down street we passed was dangerous and so slippery because of the rainy season . We must be careful when riding the motorcycles. It took about 1,5 hours to arrive there by passing the forest and fields.

At there, we had to park our motorcycle first that was so far from the waterfall. We walked around 1 km to the waterfall. The down and wet path made us to always be cautious when walking. Finally, we arrived and could see the waterfall from the closer distance. Because of the very fresh water, we played the water and took bath. We also really enjoyed the ravishing and beautiful landscape . Curug Nangga waterfall had three levels, and we tried to climb to the top level where we could see the views of the village that was full of the green fields. We also did not forget to take a selfie with the background views of that lovely waterfall. After we were satisfied, we prepared to go home. 

We very enjoyed that moment and it was the most beautiful waterfall that I've never seen before. I hope I can go there in the next time. See you, Curug Nangga !

My Beloved Hometown It has been 2 years since I first came to this city, Semarang. I come from one of the districts in Brebes regency   that is in Bantarkawung especially in Jipang village. Perhaps, many people know that Brebes people speak Javanese in their daily life. However, in the fact, there are five subdistricts in Brebes using Sundanese because geographically they are close to West Java province including my hometown. Having a different language with Semarang people whose language is Javanese makes me have to adapt and only use Indonesian to communicate with others. Sometimes, I don’t understand what they are talking in Javanese. It makes us experience a miscommunication. However, being a minority is not problem for me as long as I can put myself well.
